Forever Friends

. . . a walk down memory lane . . .

You know how it is. Same grade school, same middle school, same high school. There are certain friends that even though you may be separated for decades, it’s like yesterday when you see each other again. The love, the jealousies, the great times, the tough ones . . . but you’re still the same forever friends.

Follow Ava, Melanie, and Tish as they reconnect following the decease of their favorite high school teacher and mentor from some of their best times together.

A lot of water under the bridges of these three friends brings them together at a time when they can only now appreciate the beauty and the tragedies, of their experiences from the beginning . . . to the end. Now they find themselves together again with even more serious, compelling, challenging, and tragic experiences.

Most readers will identify with Forever Friends . . . like a walk down memory lane.

About Evie

Being an only child and raised on a farm, Evie spent much time alone enjoying nature and creating stories in her mind about anything and everything. As a result, she later published a book of poetry: Journey to Me and two memoirs: Hardscrabble Girl, about her childhood and Vanishing Point, about her father*s last days.

She recalls with fondness her karate days with her grandson and their practice sessions. Besides books, she loves the movies. Rural grade school offered fun and learning. Family and friends were especially important. And animals〞especially cats〞offered her unique and precious friendships.

Evie divides her time between Salt Lake City and the family farm in North Dakota. Her column, ※Prairie Impressions,§ appeared weekly in her hometown newspaper, The Williston Daily Herald. Evie enjoys her hobbies of reading, writing, travel, and sharing with family and friends.

I love to write, and this is actually my third book, though you would never know it! –Evie

I love Evie’s Forever Friends. The three women whose stories are intertwined are fascinating, inspiring, depressing, exciting, mundane, and all the rest! I could not put it down. I know everyone says that, but for me it is true!
